Practice Gratitude!

As the year ends, and I reflect on what I am grateful for this holiday season, the news can really affect me if I watch too much of it because I am an empath. How many of you feel the same way?

Often the news isn’t easy to stomach.  However, I remind myself that I have a right to be grateful for all that I have in this lifetime.

When I see news shows like 60 Minutes who report from Yemen and Syria, it is hard not to get emotionally involved on a personal level, as the occupying countries are using food as a weapon to starve the citizens of these nations.

I have a heck of a nice life and I am grateful for so many things. So, although it is extremely important to keep yourself informed on the events happening in our world, don’t let it bring you down. In at least one of your past lives, you have experienced the struggles similar to that of a homeless person or a citizen of a third world country.

Enjoy this life and count your blessings.

You have crafted this life so that you would have all your basic needs met and more, so be proud of that!

The angels ask you to say a prayer that we end the suffering of those people who are under dictators who use their ego to guide them instead of their higher self.

We are further reminded, to give thanks, this holiday season for all we have manifested and will continue to manifest!

What are you grateful for this holiday season?
