Finding a Job in today’s job market doesn’t have to seem like it is impossible.

You must be creative and think out of the box.  Have a clear picture in your mind of the type of job you’re looking for. To achieve this, you can either do a vision board or a God Box. My favorite tool is a God Box. My box is one that I have had for a long time. I have seen people use shoe boxes to make theirs. It shouldn’t cost you money. Use what you have around the house. Write a detailed note, including the qualities you are looking for in the job you seek.

Be specific since the Universe is responding based on the energy behind the note you are writing. List as many qualities as you feel necessary. I always like to put a date on my notes. Then bless the note and imagine your Creator making every aspect of the qualities a reality in your life. Continue to imagine how you will feel when the opportunity presents itself and becomes a reality. Don’t stop here.

Broaden Your Network

Continue to work every avenue of obtaining employment from networking with people you know, posting on social media, and looking at job boards. One other helpful thing to do is to notice trends in employment. Like, for instance, what is hot now in the job market. This would include jobs at Amazon, grocery stores, delivery services, the healthcare industry, construction, and other businesses that are essential.

Once you have identified which of these jobs might interest you, see if you know someone personally that works at the company and can put in a good word for you. Use other sources like LinkedIn to see who you know that works at the company. No matter how well the job market is doing, it is important to network as much as possible. It’s a good rule of thumb to continue to foster your network by creating new relationships with people and maintaining the ones you have known for a long time. Don’t assume that you need to only apply online. If you are interested in working at the Amazon Fulfillment Center in your area as an example, go in and talk to someone there once you have applied online. See if you can hand them a copy of your resume.

Researching jobs takes a full effort and getting interviews will happen based on how much time you spend each week looking for one. So don’t let the current job market deter you. Remember, there are many jobs that are essential and they don’t require a college degree or special training.

Let someone else you know who is good at grammar look at your resume to make sure it’s representing you in the best possible light.

I am reminded by the Souls Collective that as we focus on actionable steps toward solutions, using our intuition to guide us, monitor our thoughts and emotions, and visualize that we are on the correct path ALL WILL BE WELL. Remember, you don’t have to know exactly what the correct road is to feel and sense which direction you should take. This is where your intuition comes in handy. Your soul always knows what is best and, through your psychic senses, you can find out what you should do.
