Our intuition is an expression of our higher self. It flows freely through our psychic senses once we develop them. Without our breath, we would not exist. Then, consider that developing our intuitive abilities is equally as necessary.
How do we integrate our psychic and physical senses? It is true that some people never unlock their abilities, but so many more of us find ourselves without our intuition functioning at all. The goal is to integrate our psychic and our physical senses into those of feeling, sensing, knowing, hearing, seeing, tasting, and smelling.
How Do We Integrate Our Senses?
Our extrasensory perception will expand when we develop through prayer, meditation, and practice. Intuitively we will become sharper and sharper.
If our psychic abilities coexist with our energy body or aura, then prayer is one of the key tools. When we pray, we are opening a conversation with the divine energy or creator. Having a set time to pray every day is essential. Figure out how to make prayer a habit in life.
There is a difference between prayer and meditation. When we pray, we are telepathically communicating our wishes with our creator. Telepathy is a means of communicating between minds or with energy.
Prayer protocols are put into place to make sure any conversations we have with the divine energy are loving. Here is an example of a prayer protocol one can use, “I ask the angels and my guides to surround me in a seamless bubble of Divine White Light, so this bubble protects me throughout my day and only allows the energy that is for my soul’s highest and best good to come through. May everything that I say and do come from unconditional love. So be it, it is done. Thank you.”
A good time to pray is while we are still in bed at night and in the morning. Praying in the shower or while on a hike or walking in nature is an excellent habit to get into as well.
On the other hand, meditation is not the same as praying. While prayer is setting your intentions with your creator, mediation is changing one’s focus through practicing breath work, visualization, or listening to someone guide you through the process. It is much easier to pray in the beginning and allow the use of meditation to evolve through short segments of time.
The practice is the key and is an essential item toward integrating the psychic and the physical senses in a person’s life. It does not matter if someone wants to become a professional psychic or develop their intuition for daily use. Whatever the motive there are many benefits.
Why Will We Feel More Joy When We Develop Our Intuition?
Even in challenging times, by developing our intuition, we will feel more joy in our life. Students have shared that with me after being given the tools to trust their own divine guidance. They could make improved decisions that put them on the right path in life, answer yes or no questions with more ease, and gain clarity about issues that were causing them undue stress.
In fact, one of my students that just completed my class said, “My emotional pain has diminished considerably, and I was suffering before starting this class. I feel like I have let go of most of it during this period.” By developing our psychic senses the awareness of which direction to go in will become more and more transparent in our life, allowing us to make sound decisions, gain clarity about which path to follow, and lead to more joy in life.
