How To Book A Reading
There are no refunds! But you can reschedule your appointment or class if necessary, for a more convenient time. Gail Serna Psychic Medium uses the Phone, Facetime, or Zoom. Gail Serna does not see clients in person! If you would like a recording, one will be provided by using Zoom only. Gail Serna does not store the recording, so please download your recording immediately upon receipt. If there is no recording Gail Serna is not responsible for retaining the information given during the session. Once payment is received for a session/class Gail Serna will send you an automated calendar link to schedule the session. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for Gail Serna to follow up. Gail Serna only accepts currency in dollars or USD. She uses PayPal, or Credit Cards through her online store on her website. See the private policy for more details on her private policy page.
Group Readings
If you are wanting to schedule a group reading please pay for each person separately. Paying for one reading means you are the client no one else can join in. They can be in the same room and listen but it should be you asking the questions and participating. They can not be on the Zoom call with you at the same time unless you purchase a reading for them as well.
Testimonials
Gail Serna appreciates testimonials. She may ask her clients to leave a testimonial on certain social media platforms where she is active so that the public will view it. In addition, she will ask if she can copy a picture of her client and the testimonial which will be added to her website. If the client does not wish to participate in this action, please let Gail know.
